To complete a golf course valuation, the assessor should gather the following information:
- size/length/layout of course,
- design/quality of course,
- building areas and age,
- topography and condition,
- age of course,
- landscaping,(including sand traps, bridges, water hazards, green construction)
- water source,
- irrigation system (automated or manual),
- RCGA slope and ratings,
- facilities available, and
- possible excess or surplus land.
