4.3 Information on the Property
     
 

To complete a golf course valuation, the assessor should gather the following information:

  • size/length/layout of course,
  • design/quality of course,
  • building areas and age,
  • topography and condition,
  • age of course,
  • landscaping,(including sand traps, bridges, water hazards, green construction)
  • water source,
  • irrigation system (automated or manual),
  • RCGA slope and ratings,
  • facilities available, and
  • possible excess or surplus land.
