7.2.3 Step 3. Complete the sales analysis and edit.
 

After gathering all the necessary data in steps one and two, the assessor is in a position to complete a comprehensive sales analysis and edit of the sold hotel/motel and determine the key sale indicators (capitalization rate, GIM, price per room, RevPAR and NOI per room).

An example of a complete sales edit is illustrated by way of a case study contained in Appendix C - Sales Edit.
